📦 Shipping Policy

At Pawfect Purradise, we work with global fulfillment partners to bring you the best products from around the world. That means your items may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages.

🌍 Shipping Times:

Shipping times vary by location and product. Estimated delivery times are:

  • USA, UK, Canada, Australia: 7–20 business days

  • Europe: 10–25 business days

  • Rest of World: 12–30 business days

Please allow extra time during holidays, high-volume periods, or customs delays.

 

💸 Shipping Costs:

We offer FREE standard shipping on most items unless otherwise stated at checkout.

📬 Order Tracking:

You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your item has been shipped. If you haven’t received your tracking info within 5–7 business days, please reach out to us.

🚨 Incorrect Address Disclaimer:

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase — but as a small business, we also need to protect against policy abuse. Here's how we handle returns:

✅ Eligible Returns:

You may request a return if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item was not delivered after 45 business days

 

To request a return or refund, please email us at support@pawfectpurradise.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue (for damage or wrong item)

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that are not damaged or defective

  • Products that have been used, washed, or worn

  • “Change of mind” or buyer's remorse

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items delivered beyond 30 days ago

📦 Return Process:

If your return is approved:

  • You’ll be provided with a return address (note: this may be international depending on the supplier).

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected.

 

💳 Refunds:

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days for your bank to reflect the refund.

📦 Lost Packages:

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local post office.

  • If it still cannot be located, contact us and we’ll assist you case by case.

We are not responsible for stolen packages once marked as delivered.
